Owner's Engineering

We provide due diligence and independent engineering services to numerous energy sector and financing customers, both nationally and internationally. Combining our strengths in engineering and project finance, we represent our clients in the review of development plans, financing, monitoring, acquisition, and divestiture activities. Since 1989, our Project Finance group has worked with leading lending institutions and investment banks on debt, equity and Rule 144A placement offerings.

As an Owner's Engineer, we provide 'cold eyes' review and risk mitigation. Our independent analysis of engineering-design documents, capital cost estimates, environmental permit applications, change orders and progress reporting has helped numerous customers bring successful projects on-line.
