Kuparuk Drill Site No. 1 In-Fill Expansion

North Slope, Alaska

Conceptual, preliminary, detailed design, and procurement services for an 11 well expansion project at Kuparuk DS-1. Project included tie-in of flowlines, lift gas, and water injection, and integration of fluid production with manifolds, test separators and heaters at drill site. Expansion scope also included incorporation of local instrumentation and control signals from local drillsite to CPF-1 distributed control system.

Detailed engineering for a modularized crude topping plant to be installed at ARCO Alaska, Inc.'s Kuparuk River Unit. The unit processes 12,000 BPD of ANS crude to produce arctic diesel.
